Payment: All fees for our services will be as per the agreement signed between the parties. Late or missing payments may result in a termination or suspension of our services.

No Guarantee: While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we do not guarantee a specific number or quality of leads. The results may vary based on market conditions, your business niche, and other factors.

Liability Limitation: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for our services during the 6 months preceding the event or circumstance giving rise to such claim.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments shall become due.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association (AAA).
